At Nangyaar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused or only 1% used, and in the same condition as received.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Items that show signs of washing, heavy use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Gift cards

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for quick resolution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items can be returned and a new order may be placed separately.
